Addie Bealer is certain she should have been born in an English garden in the late 18th century. She is a Jane Austen devotee (naturally) and loves classic British literature, the poetry as much as the prose.
She is the author of Amblewilde and Briarhaven (due out in spring 2026), the first two books of the New Beginnings series; several short contemporary romances published in Love in the Lowcountry: A Winter Holidays Collection & Love in the Lowcountry: Vacation Collection; a Regency short published in the Hearts Through History anthology “A Season of Second Chances”; and a collection of poetry, some of which has been published online, much to her humble delight.
Originally from New Orleans, Addie now lives in South Carolina’s upstate where she enjoys piddling around in her art and sewing studio as much as traveling to different locales for research, relaxation, or red wine.
